People self-assume that skinny people are thin only because theyâ€™re on diet or that they work hard to maintain it. Letâ€™s face it we can be skinny without having an eating disorder or being on diet all the time. Phew, Please quit bugging us with the following predicaments often..
1). YOU ARE ON DIET ALL THE TIME, ARENâ€™T YOU?
You will be like what? What? What? Drum roll please, people keep stating this over meal times all the time. And the moment you state No I donâ€™t, they act like lifeâ€™s very easy for you to deal with.
2). WHERE DOES YOUR ALL YOUR FOOD GO?
Am sure this makes you want to yell of course wherever yours go to. Donâ€™t you remember about the digestive system you read in your tenth grade?
3). YOU DONâ€™T NEED TO DIET ANYWAY
Being skinny doesnâ€™t mean you are healthy. Of course it has its advantages for you neednâ€™t live out of leaves but gorge in carbs all the time. Nor can you doll out on cakes and paneer all the time anyway. Anything in moderation would be just fine
4).THEREâ€™S NO CELLULITE IN YOUR BODY
Oh yeah can you bet on it? Every womanâ€™s body has cellulite no matter what; itâ€™s just that in some itâ€™s more prominent. Quit bugging!
5). YOU CAN WEAR ALMOST ANYTHING
Oh yeah? Skinny people canâ€™t fit in into all dresses anyway and we donâ€™t fill in them as much as others which also mean we canâ€™t look good in almost anything. So stop passing us hand-me downs!!
6). YOU SHOULD EAT MORE
Youâ€™ll be like what? Argh, what am I a bulldozer, please stop telling me what to do!
7). ARE YOU EATING ENOUGH?
This is one of the greatest challenges youâ€™ll face for youâ€™ll be asked the same over and over again at every lunch/dinner party you go to and youâ€™ll be forced to dunk in more than what you can actually digest, probably ending up with a stomachache later.
8). YOU HAVE PANEER ALL THE TIME?
OMG!! Whatâ€™s the big deal? Is what will be running over in your mind; at the same time they might also feel jealous that you can keep off pounds at bay with little or no effort at all?
9). YOU CAN FIT INTO ALMOST ANYTHING.
This might make you go lemons for they might always pick you one on ones or the ones that are on sale. Just because you donâ€™t have a size problem doesnâ€™t mean you donâ€™t have an image problem too Sigh, I know right life is tough!
10). YOU WORK OUT ALL THE TIME, DONâ€™T YOU?
This is the biggest bust of all; do I look like someone who works out to get lean? Exercising is not always about losing weight; sometimes staying healthy can also be the end goal of all your workouts isnâ€™t it?
