If there’s one thing that the Bangaloreans have to be unhappy about, its the bad roads.
In order to make the authorities take care of a huge water-logged pothole on the busy Sultanpalya traffic junction in Bangalore, Karnataka artist Baadal Nanjundaswamy decided to do this,
Baadal placed a life-sized model of a crocodile bang right in the middle of it in the road to gain the attention of the masses.
What’s amazing is that the onlookers were more than happy to drive around it given that the pot-hole has been in the same condition for over a month now.
The fake croc chilled right in the middle of the road as it generated buzz all over Bangalore.
This exceptional kinda protest won the attention of many and the issue came into light to the authorities as well.
It’s revealed that the fiber crocodile costed around Rs.6000 for the artist.,
and that it took him a week to plan and carry things out as he had in mind!
The unusual intervention finally bore results.
The Bangalore municipal corporation covered up the pothole after the pictures went viral over the internet.
Kudos Baadal Nanjundaswamy !
