At the swearing-in ceremony of Nitish Kumar’s return to power as the Bihar Chief Minister, Lalu Prasad’s elder son, Tej Pratap Yadav, is said to have been interrupted twice by Governor Ram Nath Kovind.
He was asked to repeat his oath after he misspelled a word oh so many times.
“It’s apekshit, not upekshit,” the Governor told the 28-year-old MLA, who had to read his script many times already.
He was stopped once again by the Governor for another mistake in the two-minute exercise.
His younger brother Tejashwi Prasad, who took his oath is said to have given a flawless performance. Both the brothers are expected to get high posts in Nitish’s Cabinet, a major compensation for chief Lalu Prasad.
